Payment
Method |
Please pay at the venue entrance reception on the day of the performance, no later than 20 minutes before the show start time.
Required Information: You must provide the name under which the reservation was made.
Entry Vouchers: You will receive an entry voucher according to the time of your payment.
Cancellation Policy: Any reservations not paid for 20 minutes prior to the performance start time will be automatically canceled.
Accepted Payment: You may pay with cash or cashless options. |
Same-day
tickets |
Same-day tickets will be available 20 minutes before the performance, only if space permits.
They will cost ¥500 more than the regular price. |

Free shuttle
service |
Reservations for the free shuttle service are accepted.
If you are traveling by plane or JR train, please take a bus from JR Matsue Station to Yaegaki Shrine. The free shuttle runs between the Yaegaki Shrine Bus Stop and the Shiinomi Theater (approx. 10-minute ride).
To book your shuttle, please inquire about the timetable and pickup location when you reserve your tickets. |
